How do I receive the € 5 reimbursement when purchasing new GLT LED TUBES?
1. Get in touch
Contact our sales teamsales team to plan your new order and retrofit. Installation can be carried out either by your own team or by one of our authorised installation partners.
2. Receive a quotation
You will receive a quotation from German LED Tech that includes the applicable refund.
3. Place your order
Submit your new order. Upon receipt, you will receive an order confirmation including the delivery date.
4. Return the GLT LED TUBES
After the retrofit, send the replaced GLT LED TUBES back to us. You will then receive a credit note for the returned quantity.
What Happens to GLT LED TUBES After Return?
The GLT LED TUBE is up to 90% repairable and recyclable. At the end of its service life, valuable components such as optics and aluminium heat sinks are refurbished, while materials such as LEDs and drivers are professionally recycled.
